AC/DC Adds More Australian Shows As Fans Struggle With Ticket Website Issues

AC/DC has added three new dates to its upcoming Power Up tour in Australia.

The new shows are scheduled for:

• November 16 in Melbourne at Melbourne Cricket Ground
• November 25 in Sydney at Accor Stadium
• December 18 in Brisbane at Suncorp Stadium

Fans Frustrated by Ticket Trouble

While excitement around the tour is high, not everyone had a smooth ticket-buying experience.

According to PerthNow, fans hoping to get tickets to the Perth show on December 4 ran into technical problems on Ticketek’s website.

The problems started around 1 PM when thousands of people across Western Australia tried to buy tickets. Some users said the site crashed, others were kicked back to the queue after reaching the payment screen.

One user shared on social media, “What a disaster! I got in quite quickly, finally got decent tickets and was on the screen to pay and then it booted me to the back of the queue.”

Another posted, “I finally got in, got my tickets, went to pay and it wouldn’t go through for some stupid reason. I’m so angry.”

A third comment read, “I had tickets and the site crashed just when I hit pay.”

No official statement has been made by Ticketek yet about the issue.
