Linkin Park Announces From Zero Listening Events Across U.S.

Linkin Park is at it again, boys and girls—this time with listening events scattered across over 100 U.S. record stores for their new album, From Zero. Scheduled for Saturday, November 9, these events give fans a sneak peek at the record before it officially hits shelves on Friday, November 15. Yeah, a full six days to figure out if the “revitalized” Linkin Park is worth all the noise—or if you’ll be needing earplugs.

This whole affair comes with its share of lingering tension. The band’s recent return hasn’t exactly been a smooth ride. Between “allegations” and family drama—yeah, Chester’s mom’s been vocal about how desperately they’re trying to “erase the past”—there’s been more chaos than clarity. Still, if you’re the curious type or just loyal to a fault, these listening parties might scratch that itch.

And for the international crowd, sit tight. Linkin Park says they’ll announce non-U.S. events soon. Some stores, like Crash Records in Leeds and a couple of Rough Trade locations in London, have already jumped the gun and put themselves on the map.
